Imogen Cunningham was an American Modernist photographer known for her botanical studies and portraits. Her attention to form and capturing life "as-is" landed her within a group of west coast photographers that included Ansel Adams called Group f.64.

Solution // Imogen Cunningham's botanical photographs displayed various patterns throughout much of her work. Abstract repetition using circles and variegated line lengths was used to support Imogen’s style, create rhythm while reinforcing an organic feel.
